More of my current colored pencil project. This one is very grainy and not burnished at all. Am rather liking it this way. We'll see what I come up with as it progresses.

I really like the grainy effect. What kind of paper are you using? This will be a beautiful piece can't wait to see it finished.
I keep telling myself that I'm going to do a NON burnished drawing, but some how they just end up that way. Looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
